Writes every weighing plus all master lists (company details, customers, materials, transporters, drivers and trucks) into one file on this PC. Keep a copy on a USB stick or another drive so nothing is lost if this machine fails.

Restore from a backup
Loads a backup file back in. Records already present are updated, missing records are added back, and anything newer than the backup is left untouched.
